Privacy Policy

How we handle information when you visit our site or contact us.

Last updated: December 24, 2025

CodeRhino Labs Inc. respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall website traffic and improve site content and performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to be privacy-first and does not use client-side cookies for tracking.

The analytics we receive are aggregated statistics such as page views, referring pages, and high-level device or browser information. Cloudflare may process limited technical data (for example, request headers and other standard web request metadata) to produce these aggregated metrics.

Contact and support forms

When you submit a request through our contact or support forms, we collect the information you provide so we can respond. This typically includes your name, email address, and the details you submit (for example, subject, message, priority, and an optional company name).

Form submissions are sent to us by email using Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Graph). This means the content of your submission will be stored in our Microsoft 365 mailbox.

Spam and abuse protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam and abuse. When you submit a form, your Turnstile response token is verified with Cloudflare. For verification, we may also send your IP address to Cloudflare (when available) as part of the verification request.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to run this website and respond to requests, such as Cloudflare (hosting, security, analytics, and Turnstile) and Microsoft (email delivery via Microsoft 365).

Data retention

We keep analytics data in aggregated form. For form submissions, we retain emails and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond, maintain business records, and meet legal or contractual obligations.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit personal information through our forms. If you have questions, or you would like us to delete or correct information you submitted, contact us and we will respond as appropriate.

Contact

For privacy questions, contact us via the contact form.
